How We Can Help..

Our mentorship program meets with participants 1:1 to create a meaningful relationship, build goals, life skills, discuss childbirth/childcare education and more. 

We are a connecting point for community resources around Placer, Nevada, and Sacramento county! 

One of the first steps is to schedule a family meeting, when possible. During these meetings, we connect with young parents and their guardians to establish plans, determine needs, and build relationships. 

Moms group meet ups are a great opportunity for our moms to network and grow together. 

Our community closet provides needed items for FREE for expecting and parenting young people.  Gift cards to children/maternity consignment stores are also available. 

New parents must navigate building life skills while raising their child(ren), this is a huge task to do for young people but with support it is possible.  Some of the skills include budgeting, resume building, applying for college, health insurance, job searching and more.
